1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AC Cleaning services provided by Co2Blast Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling a service appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee up to the full cost of the scheduled service.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of booking.

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and electronic transfer.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide clear access to the AC units for service.

• Please ensure that all pets, valuables, and delicate items are secured prior to the arrival of our technicians.

• Inform our technicians beforehand of any special requirements or concerns.

5. Warranty and Guarantee

• We guarantee the quality of our cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will revisit the issue at no additional charge.

• Our warranty does not cover pre-existing damage or damage caused by improper maintenance by others after our service.

6. Liability

• We are fully insured and licensed. However, our liability is limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to our services.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect and store personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your data will be handled securely and used solely for providing and improving our services.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Alberta.
